At Accutech Products we put eight late model presses that range from 75 to 400 tons to work with the repeatability and efficiency that is needed to produce a quality part in a global market. For more than 25 years, we’ve been molding parts for products across a wide range of industries — medical, construction, engineering, home building, and consumer products. And in those years we’ve molded products in a wide range of sizes, shapes, materials, and applications.

The Accutech Team has experience in molding a large scope of engineered and commodity resins — including, but not limited to polycarbonates, propylenes, styrenes, PVC, nylons, and coloring agents, and other materials that may require special molding techniques such as over molding. We also use single and multiple cavity molds and custom built fixtures — and we’re more than happy to work with either new or transferred tooling.

Accutech Products knows that you rely on us to deliver a project and a product on time. That’s why we’ve designed redundancy into our systems to provide reserve capability and back-up to prevent disruption in manufacturing. And our proprietary and unique project management processes (APQP) help you condense the overall product development cycle and ensure the highest level of part repeatability and quality.

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)		Our upfront quality planning process serves as a guide in the development process and provides a standard way to share results with our customers. This process begins with the development of a quality plan for each product - a plan that supports the delivery of the project while exceeding customer expectations. APQP addresses seven major elements: Understanding the needs of the customer Proactive feedback and action Designing within process capabilites Analyzing and mitigating potential failures Verification and validation Robust design reviews aided by 3D Modeling Control of special/critical characteristics

Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM)		Our in-house CMM ensures the intent of the original design, offering dimensional measurement, profile measurement, angularity or orientation measurement, depth mapping, digitizing, and imaging.

Traceability		Our optional part stamping with the production date and operator identification gives you the ability to trace and verify materials across the entire distribution chain.

Five S Program		A key component of establishing a Visual Workplace that supports both continual improvement and lean manufacturing. The Five S Program- sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain- focuses on having visual order, organization, cleanliness, and standardization. The results- improved profitability, efficiency, service, and safety.
